Using SynSerialManager

     To effectively manage Liquid UI desktop product Licenses and to fetch the Host ID of user machine in case of applying for new license.

1. Navigate to the  Liquid UI desktop product folder location to find “SynSerialManager.exe”.
2. Now right click and “Run as administrator”.
3. Synactive License Manager will pop-up. Now click on “Import License File” to add the license.
3(a). Navigate to the folder and select the appropriate license file with extension .sy9 and click on “Open”.
3(b). You will get following pop-up on success. Click on “OK”.
3(c). The license will be shown as added. Now click on “Validate” to check the valid no.of days for license expiry.
3(d). Click “OK” to close the window.
4. Similarly to Remove the license once expired. Select the license and click on “Remove”.
5. To apply for a new license, click on “Request New” which will generate an online form to be filled up with the necessary details like the HostID.
6. Click on “Copy HostID” to populate HostID of your machine.
7. Send the HostID in the online form starting with “S”.
