5.1.2 Create Standard Task for SAP workflow

To know how to create a standard task in SAP.

1. Goto the workflow created in the Create Workflow Templates section and navigate to the Standard Task: Create screen.
2. Enter the required fields under Basic data tab.
    

   

3. Then select Container tab → Create Element → Create Container Element. Enter the required fields as shown below.
    
   
4. Under Properties tab, select all the checkboxes and click continue. The screen will navigate back to Standard Task: Create.
    
   
5. Select Triggering events tab and fill in the below fields and hit enter.
   • Object category
   • Object Type
   • Event
    
   
6. After clicking enter, the Name field will be autogenerated. Click Save.
7. A new window will pop-up. Click Local Object.
    
   
8. Click Local Object and click Save.
    
   
9. Then click back button, a new window will popup.
    
   
10. Click continue and the screen will be directed back to Workflow Builder screen.
     
    
     
11. Proceed to the Defining Workflows section.
