  • What is Liquid UI for SAP GUI?

    Liquid UI for SAP GUI is an enterprise-grade RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software, which enables you to streamline, customize, and automate SAP – without reprogramming in ABAP. You can merge tabs, combine transactions, and eliminate fields on S/4HANA, ECC, and ERP – without rebuilding the whole transaction or losing your SAP transaction richness. Also, your solution can seamlessly connect to other data sources like SQL or Oracle, easily integrate with applications like Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF or Salesforce and efficiently present data from web services, javascript libraries, or APIs.

  • Is GuiXT or Liquid UI certified by SAP?

    GuiXT is bundled/shipped with SAP GUI release 4.6B and above. It is certified and licensed by SAP. We have since evolved GuiXT to Liquid UI with capabilities for S/4HANA and mobility.



  • Does Liquid UI for SAP GUI, Excel, and PDF work with any SAP system?

    Liquid UI for SAP GUI, Excel, and PDF supports all versions of the SAP GUI from 6.0, but we recommend SAP GUI 7.20 or above for best results. At the back-end, we work with ECC, ERP, and S/4HANA.



  • Does Liquid UI for Excel communicate with the SAP directly, or is there a custom transaction?

    Liquid UI for Excel communicates directly (/natively) with SAP. We use the DIAG protocol to connect to SAP.



  • What are the system requirements for running Liquid UI for SAP GUI, Excel, and PDF?

    Liquid UI for SAP GUI, Excel, and PDF requires a minimum of 1GB of RAM, 20MB+ of hard drive space, and supported on SAP GUI 6.0 and above.

  • Do I need to make changes to my SAP system to install Liquid UI desktop products?

    Liquid UI plugs right into your SAP natively, without changing your back-end SAP system. All the robotic process automation for SAP and customization for SAP are done via industry-standard ECMA-262 script (JavaScript).



  • How do I install a Liquid UI for SAP GUI license on my device?

  • How do I generate log and dump files to send to Liquid UI for troubleshooting purpose?

    Logs and dump files will be generated when unusual activity happens in Liquid UI for SAP GUI. To generate additional information in log files and dump files, you need to add _blackbox=1 option in guixt.sjs configuration file.
