In addition, QSP options let you choose the amount of onsite consulting and GuiXT script development support that your business requires and your budget allows.

1 Definition of Business Procedure
- For the purpose of our fixed priced Service, “One Business Procedure” is defined as one single complete business transaction. It can be comprised of several screens and can span from any number of SAP ERP transactions, but must be specific to one task.
- For example, in the creation of a Sales Order (VA01), there could be multiple order type such as Rush Order, Standard Order, and Return Order. This scenario will be defined as three Business Procedures. In the example of Material Create (MM01), if the process calls for the creation of two types of materials such as Raw Material and Semi-Finished Materials, this scenario would be considered two Business Procedures.
- Business Procedures are also specific to types of operations, so Creation, Change, and Display transactions are considered three Business Procedures.
2 Remote Development Assistance (RDA)
- Provide script debugging and development support (existing development only; new development to be supported by consulting services at ongoing consulting rates) via phone, email and web meetings. Expert assistance area available for quick turn-around and for immediate results. The Service includes deployment assistance and dedicated support resource. Hours purchased are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
