To Hide Activate GuiXT Menu Item in Registry (32Bit O.S)

Purpose: To Hide "Activate GuiXT" Menu Item in Registry.

For 64 Bit Version of this topic

Pre-Requisites:
1.   User should have Administrative rights for the machine on which the task is to be performed.
2.   Close all of the SAPgui instances including the SAPlogon Pad.
3.   Create New Registry Key Documentation.

Steps to Hide Activate GuiXT:
Step 1: Click Start and type "regedit" in the search bar, and hit "enter"
Step 2: Navigate to the below specified on the left half side of the window.
            HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\SAP\\SAPGUI Front\\SAP Frontend Server\\Administration
Step 3: Double Click on the DisappearItems field on the right half of the window.
Step 4: A pop up as shown below opens up
Step 5: Write the "Value data" to be "Activate GuiXT", and click OK.
Step 6: And verify the menu item by logging in to SAPgui (The menu item disappears).
