2.1 Installation

Pre-requisites

• WSDebugger 1.0.5.0 and above
• Liquid UI Desktop 1.2.351.0 and above
  
  • webscript.dll
  • guixt.dll

To successfully install Liquid UI Debugger, you need to place the following dll and .exe files into your SAP GUI folder.

1. Copy guixt.dll file to your SAP GUI folder located generally in "C:\Program Files\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui" for a 64-bit machine.
    
   
2. Copy webscript.dll file to your SAP GUI folder.
    
   
3. Copy the WSDebugger.exe file to your SAP GUI folder.
    
   
4. You can launch Debugger in the following ways, as shown below.
   • Open SAP GUI and enter /ws_h() in the command field of your SAP GUI to launch Debugger, as shown below:
      
     
   • Double-click the WSDebugger.exe file in your SAPGUI folder to launch Debugger.
      
     
   • You can also open the Debugger by running WSDebugger.exe file using command prompt as shown below:
      
     

Troubleshooting step

1. If you find the following popup while copying files to your SAP GUI folder, you need to close all your SAP GUI instances.
