Liquid UI bot requires two separate licenses in order to operate correctly. The required licenses are as follows.
- WS license
- Web Server license
These licenses will be delivered when you purchase the product, although if you already have purchased WS or the Web Server, you can use your existing licenses. These licenses are typically delivered in a combined file and are installed using a bundled tool. You can also install the licenses separately, but this process will not be covered in this manual. The license installation process is further explained and demonstrated in the following sections.
Combined License
In addition to the WS license, bot also requires a valid Web Server license in order to operate. These licenses are delivered in a single combined license, which you will install using a second Synactive application called License Manager. This application is bundled with bot and its use will be explained in the following section. Topics covered will be how to obtain, install, and validate the combined WS and Web Server licenses using the License Manager tool. License Manager is invoked from the Start button and is typically located in the following path for bot.
Start > Programs > Synactive Inc > FTE > License Manager
When launched, the License Manager appears, as shown below.
