A raw material (RMA) is created and sent to the receive, repair, and ship departments. Only people with a specific service role are allowed to work on the notifications. Goods issue and delivery is completed in the next step. After that, shipping information must be entered again.

RMA transaction screens have many tabs and the user has to enter a lot of information, a lot of redundant information. Changing the status of the RMA can take 4-5 clicks. No restrictions on the action box control, means all users can perform all the actions listed.

In addition the general data tab(first tab) has all the information required, including status information; goods issue and delivery are done automatically. Action box items are restricted; access to select items is only given to users when they are in the right process.
Once a production order is created in the system, users confirm and sign off the selected operation, which is the first operation in a production order. If the order is not technically complete, users can technically configure and complete the order. After the production order is technically complete, goods movement takes place. After the order is configured, it is sent to stock.
After GuiXT, the client can decide which components to retain, reject, or omit for the reworked production order.
Manufacturing needs a rework function, which issues what is in a stock to rework the production order, and to compare “As Currently Configured” for the base part and serial number combination of the material against the end-result material and revision.

To process returns, material document and transfer orders are also created with one click. The returned stock is then sent for rework, scrapped, or moved to stock. After making a selection, GuiXT script is automated to run the necessary steps.
Sales and Distribution
Customer sales representatives (CSR) create sales orders. Different order types can be created by sales representatives such as standard orders, returns, and credit memos. Shipping happens from several different warehouses. Each warehouse has a specific up charge that applies to the customer.
After GuiXT, information is consolidated from different screens and a single point of data entry and display is created for certain data groups such as material level and order level data.
If a CSR changes the warehouse during order creation, the warehouse up charge must also be updated. Shipment method and freight cost are entered in the order and information for the warehouse is updated. Carrier information is also specified in the order and the order is sent to delivery. Order types are not explanatory.
GuiXT enables customers to reduce unnecessary data such as unused order types. Explanatory layouts are created for CSR’s to choose among order types. Information is consolidated from different screens and a single point of data entry and display is created for certain data groups such as material level and order level data. An option to toggle between native and customized processes is provided to CSR’s. GuiXT streamlines the order creation process enabling users to create fast order entries.
After GuiXT multiple transactions are combine with required fields on one screen.
Administering and distributing the network are specified in network assignments. In addition, network assignments and operations are not done in the specified dates.
